The Aries Book Series: Texts and Studies in Western Esotericism is a new monograph series devoted to publication of textual editions and scholarly studies in the domain of Western esotericism. The ABS is edited by the chairholders of the currently existing chairs in the study of Western Esotericism: Wouter J. Hanegraaff (University of Amsterdam, editor in chief), Jean-Pierre Brach (Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes, Sorbonne, Paris) and Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke (University of Exeter).

Gnostica, published by Equinox Publ., London, publishes works of scholarly interpretations on esoteric movements, including the Gnostic, Hermetic, Manichaean, Theosophical, and related traditions. Contributions may include critical editions of texts, historical case studies, critical analyses, cross-cultural comparisons, and state-of-the-art surveys.

The Gnostica series is edited by Garry Trompf (University of Sidney), Kocku von Stuckrad (University of Amsterdam), Iain Gardner (University of Sidney), and Jason BeDuhn (University of Arizona).
